Session Fee:

$150 per 40-minute session

Sessions are delivered in your child’s natural environment (home, school, or daycare), making the process comfortable and accessible.

Additional Support:

Initial parent/guardian intake session - $100 (Via phone/zoom)

Parent/guardian updates every 6-8 sessions at the parent/guardian’s request - $75 (via phone/zoom)

Attendance at stakeholder meetings/case meetings via phone/zoom/teams or face to face - $150 per hour

Report Writing - $150 per hour

Services can be accessed through NDIS funding for self-managed and plan-managed participants.

Common line item used:
• Early Childhood Intervention – Other Therapy (0–9 years)

Travel:

A small travel fee applies depending on distance:
• $10 within 10km
• $15 within 15km
• $20 within 20km
• $25 within 30km
